taking a turn for the worse?
In this 2.5 hour professional training you'll find out. You will be introduced to a 4-step system for staying calm,
figuring out what the other person really wants - handling difficult/ annoying people with grace and skill.
This class is a foundations class (101) taught by Dian Killian, Phd, - a renowned communications trainer and
one of our favorite specialists. She is the author of Urban Empathy: True Life Adventures of Compassion on
the Streets of New York, and co-author of Connecting across Differences: A Guide to Compassionate
