Do you know how to negotiate a resolution that benefits everyone involved and earns you a great reputation? In this lab you will practice the most important skills to negotiate the outcome you want.

During this lab you will:

  • Learn the difference between competitive and collaborative negotiation, and when to select each
  • Practice (and get feedback on) effective tactics and techniques in different types of negotiation scenarios
  • Learn how to identify positions vs. interests, create and avoid anchors, and solve common dilemmas seen in everyday life

After this lab, you will know how to:

  • Properly prepare for a negotiation
  • Use tools and techniques to negotiate more effectively
  • Feel confident in your ability to handle difficult situations well

Workshop location

This workshop is taught online, with a live facilitator. Once you complete your payment, you will receive the dial in information.

What you'll need

To make the workshop a great experience for all, you will need:

1. Computer with functioning camera (so we can see you)

2. Headset with microphone (so we can hear you)

3. Pen and paper

4. A nice quiet place to dial in from
