Caitlyn’s area of expertise is in leadership development, talent management, and change management within growing teams. She holds a Master’s degree in Organizational Psychology, is SHRM-SCP certified, and has worked with managers in many industries – from health to ad tech. She has been a lecturer at Rutgers University and William James College. Her current research focus is on techniques to develop high potentials.
